*We have 10 pre-designed sets Come film where the stars play! Our space is perfect for Dance Rehearsals, Concept Shoots, Film Scenes and Video Shoots. There is an open dance floor, pole dance floor with 11 16 foot poles and a mini stage with 2 16 ft poles. We also have an indoor garage with graffiti wall perfect for an outdoor shoot. Open Dance Floor 750 square feet Pole Dance Floor 1500 square feet Mini Stage 250 square feet All Poles are 45mm static/spin 16ft chrome and brass available. Bathrooms are conveniently located in the common space for the facility. There is plenty of street parking available. There is also a loading zone located right at our front door to make unloading easy.
