The venue is landscaped with several common areas, firepits, lighting (all white, or colored) and plenty of areas for tables/seating, lounges, decor, etc. We have hosted Weddings, Birthday parties, Quinceañera and Office events, Photo shoot, Film shoot, Baby Shower, amongst several other occasions. There is an accessible Bar with a Tiki Style roof, stools, sink and TV. All you need is the bartender and beverages! A Cabana with large opening for easy entertaining, lighting and a Bathroom (Bathroom for small parties only). Additional on-site Bathrooms for any size party or event. The venue location has easy access for vendors and deliveries; a driveway leads directly to the space for easy unloading/loading and staging. The property has a generator large enough to run power for the entire property, you will never lose power due to power issues/outages/losses. We also offer additional add-on rentals that can be utilized for your event: If you're interested in renting our medium canvas bell tent for your event, let us know! It's really fun for kids and adults, and we can style/design it to match your theme. We also offer Coordinating services, and can manage your tables, chairs, tabletop rentals, and more. There is a large K-10 speaker and two wireless microphones available for rent as well.
