Three 4' x 8' and two 4' x 6' tables and chairs, 20 sewing machines, bathroom, wifi, Alexa to play music for you, a small kitchen area with mini fridge, microwave and sink. Plenty of free parking, easy access from all major freeways. Starbucks and restaurants in the same plaza. 1,000 sq. ft. that easily accommodates 20 - 25 people.
