About the Space
This 700 s/f unique venue is perfect for photo, video, meetings and small events. For media and content producers, you'll have plenty of room to move around, provide standoff space for the camera and lighting, and enjoy several backgrounds and textures to play with. For events and offsite meetings, you'll enjoy plenty of space, convenient access, remote entry, and quiet enjoyment. Just off the 87 freeway and located just 2 blocks north of the San Pedro Square entertainment district, finish your shoot, meeting, or event and then enjoy a break at some of downtown's finest nightlife, food, and drink spots. The included AC will keep your guests comfortable and ready to shoot, while the keyless entry and included equipment will make load-in and setup a breeze. Four large windows provide quality natural light to work with or you can engage the blinds and blackout curtains to really dial in the strobes and mono-lights. The sound treatment significantly reduces echo/reverb and other issues - though you may hear some outside noise from time-to-time and the occasional airplane. (ask for a tour or call us for more info if you need help making the decision) The studio comes with lighting and equipment, and we also have a sizable complement of add-on gear (grip, lighting, camera, motion) so let us know if you need anything to supplement your shoot and don't hesitate to reach out with questions. NOTE: We are on the second floor up one set of stairs so this location is not ideal for ADA needs. I had a fantastic experience at this beautiful studio space. The space was clean/well-equipped/beautifully designed, with plenty of backdrops/props/lighting to get creative. Booking was seamless, and Christopher was incredibly helpful, making me feel comfortable and confident from the moment I arrived. I loved being able to control my own shots/and bringing some of my own backdrops, props, and set up. The final images were stunning – exactly what I envisioned! It's a great value for the quality and experience. Highly recommend for any type of shoot, headshots/family/minis/products, etc. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this studio space to photographers in San Jose CA / Bay Area.
