This historical House located in Pasadena has abandoned for 20 years. The new owner just bought the house and it’s in the process of renovation. The photos were taken on the 2nd day of renovation; we will update photos when it’s done. But if you want, you can still film the house as it. It’s got a unique Spanish style looking and very interesting layout for creative blocking. There are a lot of possibility looks already such as a homeless shelter, abandoned place with open walls, three tiny balconies, and also some super narrow stairs that actually very hard to find nowadays.
