Professional combat sports/fitness studio will full-size boxing ring and ~6000' of matted training space. Includes large windows providing plenty of natural light. There is also an upstairs observation deck perfect for unique vantage points for your shoot. Full glass garage doors provide plenty more natural light and easy access to the facility for loading/unloading equpiment, increased airflow, and transitions between indoor/outdoor uses. This space has a wide variety of fitness and training equipment included with the space rental: punching bags, free weights, squat racks, mirrors, etc. The lobby area has a front desk, bar stools, and a comfortable couch. Locker rooms include lockers, benches, etc. This facility is available for events, meetings, and film/photo shoots.
