The space itself was absolutely amazing! It was spacious and the different wall designs allowed for our team to capture multiple different looks without having to leave the studio. The elevator operator was an amazing help bringing our equipment upstairs for us. Darwin was fantastic in helping us with anything we needed. He came was easy to reach get in contact with when we had questions, allowed us to stay a bit longer to clean up, and even helped us bring stuff down. Will definitely book this studio again in the future. Learn from my mistake - when creating your timeline note that the space is on the 4th floor and has an elevator operator who's there from 9am to 5pm (goes on lunch from 12pm-1pm). We had clients come at 12:30pm and they had to take the stairs up. We also ran past 5pm and ended up having to carry our equipment down the stairs. If you're planning on going past 5pm just make sure you let Darwin know ahead of time as he can provide an operator for an additional fee.

Very communicative, easy load/in load out for small projects, easy street parking (on Sundays at least) and good sound.

I thought the price was just right for the space seeing as that there was some extra furniture blocking the nice sliding door and the additional space in the back of the loft. There was also someone residing in the space which I found just a tad strange although Kai was an absolute helpful sweetheart. I was disappointed that I asked for the specific time block in which the sun would be shining directly through the windows and was given the direct opposite suggestion of what I wanted… so the sun was on the complete opposite side of the building for my booked time slot. Other than that you can’t complain much for $30/hr and no additional fee. I’d probably book this space again, but with better planning.
