We had a corporate party at this nightclub! Our event was 8PM - 2AM and the club gave our 150 guests just the vibe they were looking for. We brought our own DJ from MD and were very grateful that Selmir allows his clients to use their audio equipment. Everything was a smooth operation. His venue is clean, his staff are incredibly friendly and Selmir does an amazing job at communicating to ensure your event goes according to plan. Highly recommend!

About Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nevada, is sometimes referred to as Sin City. A metropolitan center renowned as a haven for adults looking to indulge in some more "mature" pleasures, Las Vegas's most iconic street is named Las Vegas Boulevard, a route also known as the Strip. Still, Las Vegas has more to offer than its entertainment and gambling establishments.

The city is rich in suburbs, making it an ideal neighborhood to raise a family. Among the featured locations frequently visited are national parks such as Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Spring Mountain Ranch State Park, and the Valley of Fire State Park, all offering the stunning desert landscape perfect for your next production.

Pros and Cons of Film Shoots in Las Vegas

With its glitz, glamor, entertainment, and opportunities to have fun, it's no wonder people love spending time in Sin City. Still, a large metropolitan center like Las Vegas offers its advantages and disadvantages when it comes to doing some filming here.

Advantages

Reasonable cost of living

Although Las Vegas is a major metropolitan center in the United States, the cost of living here is only 3% higher than that of other cities of similar size.

Lots to see and do

From national parks to live entertainment, sporting events, casinos, and even museums, like Neon Museum, there is no shortage of fun things to experience in Las Vegas.

Mild year-round weather

Though Las Vegas' summers can be hot, the city generally enjoys mild weather the whole year through.

Disadvantages

Summer heat and humidity

Sadly, summers in Las Vegas can be unbearably hot and humid, sometimes reaching as high as 107 degrees.

Cliquey and lacking in personality

The locals in Las Vegas tend to stick to themselves, making the city feel cliquey and bland.

Poor public transportation options

If you live in Las Vegas, you need a car. This city relies on its bus system for public transport. While inexpensive, getting around this giant urban center is also inefficient.

Famous Locations in Las Vegas

The Strip

The Las Vegas Strip defines a 4.2-mile stretch running along Las Vegas Boulevard. It's famous for its concentration of casinos, world-class resort hotels, and street entertainment. Visitors can enjoy gondola rides outside The Venetian, get lost in watching the dancing Fountains of Bellagio, or grab a bite at Wynn Las Veags.

Fremont Street Experience

In the city's oldest section, Fremont Street is a unique area of Las Vegas where no vehicles are permitted. Measuring five blocks in distance, Fremont Street lies beneath a thick blanketing of colorful lights that create designs on the sidewalks as you stroll along the road. Street performers are also often seen here.

The Mob Museum

Head to downtown Las Vegas to learn about the country's crime history. The Mob Museum allows you to walk down memory lane, exploring artifacts and stories rehashing a time when mob bosses ruled the nation. The history museum also details law enforcement's actions to prevent crime and restore order.
