The primary bedroom has an extra large primary bath, with double sinks, vanity and seated beauty area, as well as a spa bathtub, separate toilet room, and enormous walk-in closet. The house also features two additional bathrooms with full tubs and showers. A casita guest house has its own separate entrance and is set up as a bedroom with a working desk area, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The exterior style is desert oasis, with palm trees, pampas grass, and cactus. This home is gorgeous, luxurious, and perfect for film shoots and parties. * Please note that there is parking for 5 cars in the driveway. Trucks can be parked temporarily in front of the house. Any other cars, for event guests or otherwise, will need to park directly across the main street, outside the gates to the community, in front of the public park.
