About the Space

We offer space for professionals in need, as well as full production capabilities for those who need help executing their vision. Our space is clean and well-air-conditioned, with a roll-up door for easy load-ins. We have a full bathroom for getting ready and an additional dressing room equipped with a mirror, makeup table, and garment rack. We offer two separate spaces for rentals. 1. 25'x 12' white Cyclorama for use in photo and video production. 2. 17' x13' rehearsal space perfect for dance, acting, or small workshops. Depending on your needs, the space has a professional dance floor and mirror or curtained backdrop options. Location: close to hotels and the airport. Parking: Our studio has ample parking for at least five vehicles. We offer more parking availability later in the day after 5 pm. Additional services for additional fees: Professional photographer (Fee will be charged hourly and quoted based on your needs.) Prop rentals are available through our attached prop house. Options including: Scenic backdrop rentals Faux Window set Brick wall Tiki set Western Saloon set Old West set Casino set Set design and buildouts on and off location. Graphics and graphic design. Custom prop fabrication. (Fees vary depending on project size, timeline, and specific needs.) Studio Rental Rules: Before contacting us, Please ensure you have read and understand all rules and policies. Thank you, and we look forward to working with you! Studio Rules: We take your project seriously. If we have committed our space to your use, we have turned down other potential renters. Please be mindful when booking. A deposit is required for all rentals. We enforce a 24-hour cancelation policy. All cancelations before 24 hours will receive a full refund. Cancelations after 24 hours will receive a 50% refund of deposit.
