We have a completely private event space floor, which contains a Wifi, restroom, refrigerator, freezer, AC, tables, chairs and dedicated staff to ensure your next event is a success. Our event space accommodates 20 guests seated, and 40 guests standing. Our spaces can be tailored to meet all types of different events whether it is a birthday party, bridal shower, corporate dinner, happy hour, etc.

The expansive rooftop serves as a perfect playground for outdoor shoots while the diverse neighborhood makes the studio an ideal hub for location shoots. Studio is located in Brooklyn’s evolving East Williamsburg neighborhood and walking distance from Cooper Park and McGolrick Park. Williamsburg has long been an industrial neighborhood, due to its varied architecture the neighborhood offers a great stage for location shoots.

Our venue is a black women-owned event space that offers a stunning location to celebrate significant moments. This intimate luxurious space is no stranger to exchanging wedding vows, hosting baby showers, birthday parties, gender reveals, film shoots, pop-ups, corporate events, and more. Our studio boasts Tiffany stained glass windows with historic urban glamour at an extraordinarily great value.
No smoking allowed in the space.
No loud or boisterous noises.
No hanging out on or in front of stairway leading to venue.
Absolutely NO DJ's. No Exceptions, as we are located in a residential neighborhood.
Absolutely Nothing on the window.
Bluetooth Speaker available for use.
Outside catering is allowed.
Cleaning is left to the patrons.
Space should be returned in the same state it was given.
All trash must be disposed of and removed by the client as we do not have a carting arrangement.
Should the guest want the building to dispose of trash there will be a $100 fee.
Trash should not be thrown in restaurants' dumpsters below.
All bookings require a $250 refundable security deposit to be returned within 48 hours OR event insurance for the day.
Space does offer furniture for rent starting at $5-$400.
