Upscale Italian Restaurant in Downtown Brooklyn
Brooklyn, NY
The venue is located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn near BAM and Barclay's Center. The stunning 3,000 square foot, 110-seat restaurant was designed by the award-winning architectural design firm Asthetique and delivers elegant glamour throughout its earth tone-rich space. Upon entering, guests’ eyes will be drawn to a large ceiling installation featuring hanging dried flowers, as well as rustic pottery with 16’-18’ trees illuminated with gentle lighting. Natural materials like wood and stone, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light, reinforce an indoor/outdoor vibe. There are custom tan leather banquettes that line the perimeter, while sage green U-shaped booths offer a front row view into the open kitchen that is cladded by distressed mushroom wood planks. Distressed ceramic pendant lights light up the room in the evening with a cosy dimmable warm light. OUR VENUE CAN BE BOOKED ONLY FOR PRIVATE EVENTS, WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAY, ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS 30-100 PPL. WE SERVE OUR OWN FOOD AND ALCOHOL. THIRD PARTY VENDORS - DJ, PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS/FLORISTS ARE ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL.

Private Backroom Event Space in Brooklyn
Brooklyn, NY
The Venue is Open Daily for expanded outdoor seating & service, with take away option. We have 2 spaces , we have the Backroom performance / Event space that is Vaccinated people only! That Backroom space we can rent out. Additionally we have the CDC Compliant Front room Bar {Seperated but connected space} that would be 'In Support' of that Event, & is always open to the Public. Our Backroom performance space has a Capacity of 45 people, & our Backroom performance stage is not raised & can fit comfortably 4 musicians, 5 is cramped but possible. There is plenty of additional overflow space in the front-room & front and back yards. However Performances are neither visible nor audible from any other space. These are cost estimates for backroom rental, they do NOT include the cost of any drinks or food, & do NOT include tips! On Fri & Sat nights It does include one waitress/sound person, 1 kitchen cook available (Order & Pick-up counter), & 2 bartenders. Access to backroom Equipment under staff supervision. All other nights or days would be only 1 Bartender & 1 kitchen cook, no table service, no sound person. Front room would NOT be closed to the general public- only the Backroom.. We ask the booking party to Guarantee us a particular amount that their party goers will spend on an average night. If you have 30 people for 2 hours (Fri or Sat 9pm til 11pm- Our absolute Prime time Week-end Hours) then the bar would expect to make $2000.00 at least .... 40 people X $25 X 2 Hours. If your crowd matches our very low estimated minimum, then the room cost nothing, if they spend $1000.00 then you owe the bar $1000.00! If the crowd spends $2000.00 then you owe us nothing. This is the only way we can be sure we are not giving up prime real-estate for a Non cash spending crowd. I am sure you understand. If you wanted a Fri or Sat prime time 9pm until 11pm then that number would have to go up and if you wanted a sat afternoon, or a off night evening the number would go down. In this sort of circumstance we keep the customers Credit Card Number on file to Hold the Space. Up to 5 weeks prior to event there is No charge for any cancellation.

Laid Back and Nautical Cocktail Bar in Brooklyn
Brooklyn, NY
Tumble toward the water on Greenpoint Avenue, and on the last block before Transmitter Park things get quieter and darker. It’s on this western edge you’ll notice a lure of blue-and-green globe string lights, trailing into a long swoop of reclaimed wood, and a bar backlit in gold. This is Grand Republic Cocktail Club. To be certain, this is a nautical bar, with details tastefully reinforced by low beams coiled in rope, compass clocks, prints and engravings of ships, sharks and octopi. But it’s no put-on or theme — GRCC is bartender Johnny Swet’s brainchild and baby, a loving manifestation of his years in the Navy, his affection for uncomplicated dive bars, and his appetite for skilled cocktails. Swet, also responsible for the cocktail programs at the Oscar Wilde Bar and Jimmy, brings a tide of tuned-up classics and innovations to please native tipplers — although avoid the truffle martini at all costs. For fresh-and-fruity-but-wintery, try the Bondsman, a brandy-and-cider concoction speared in cinnamon. For sunnier dreams, go for the dark, sweet Chicha Morada with tequila and fruity punch. For sunny days, there’s an ample backyard framed in brick and ivy.
