Our newly renovated 1000 square foot studio is now available for shoots, events, pop up shops and much more!
The studio walls and ceiling are neutral white, with a subtle brick pattern on the window wall. The window wall is west facing, which supplies great natural light in the late afternoon and into the evening.
Our clients include: private events, photographers, videographers, musicians, vendors, small business', weddings, baby showers, gender reveal parties, small workshops, clothing and product lines, dance and aerobic classes, you name it!
Perfect for photo shoots with large south-facing windows, 12’ high ceilings, fresh white walls.
Preferred spaces for shoots are the entire upper floor (living room, kitchen and wash closet), and common area on lower level (hammock, daybed, velvet arm chair, record player, etc.
*Please note that this space is only available for professional shoots only (i.e. brand, lifestyle, food, etc) and we do not accept "overly provocative" boudoir or porn shoots.*

Our studio was designed by photographers FOR photographers. It is a creative functional flash and natural light photography space. Wabi Sabi meets the Yucatan in minimalist neutral designs curated for the artists who crave simplicity. It includes a 8' x 9' rolling wall, a seamless backdrop area, 8 large windows facing north west, 1928 restored claw foot tub bathroom, 200 sq/ft hemlock wooden floor platform at windows level for optimal natural light, 20 plants for a perfect jungle wall, waiting area and private hair and makeup area
If you see a day blocked off, ask away, it might be only booked for 2 hours.

Located in the heart of Yaletown, close to all amenities, 1200 square foot photo studio in a 110 year old heritage building. Large windows, 13 foot ceilings, and an antique industrial bay door. Studio Includes makeup and change room, full kitchen and washroom, and a parking stall right out the bay door. (great for loading) Rental includes 6 C Stands, a 7 Foot Chimera Octabank, a 7 foot Chimera Softbox, both on rolling stands, a 36 inch Westcott Rapid Box Octabox, 2 Profoto D1 heads with Pocket Wizards, and 2 black and white V Flats. Extra Profoto heads and accessories are available for an additional fee.
If you have your own lights and you are just looking for a large space to use that has natural light, and multiple backdrops, shooting platform, white wood floors and access to a kitchenette and bathrooms. This studio is perfect if you are shooting high key setups or looking for something a little different than our other spaces.

The studio is flushed with daylight and comes with lighting equipment included in the price and a wide choice of seamless backgrounds!
The studio is steps away from A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, N, Q, R, W, 7 & S trains and 1 block from Port Authority.
Studio has large windows facing south - so you get a lot of daylight as the sun moves through the sky throughout the afternoon. If you are looking for sunrays, the best time is between 10am-4pm.
We will greet you on your arrival to and make sure that you are well settled in the space and have what you need.
Comes with all the standard equipment and fixtures you need to have an amazing production with your crew.
We typically respond within an hour, can show you the space if you would like to see it before booking and remain in touch to help answer any last minute questions.
- To keep the studio affordable for our clients, we don't charge a standard cleaning fee. Therefore, we request our clients to upkeep the space and leave it in the way it was presented to them at the starting of their session. If the space is left unclean or disorganized, we will need to charge you a cleaning fee of $35.
- We offer 12 different colors of backdrops, and charge $20.00 per seamless pull. If you would like another color, please let us know 72 hrs in advance, and we will stock it for you for $60.

-If alcohol, security personnel required per city of LA, and prior written approval from host. Please let us know if bringing alcohol. If brought without prior approval, security personnel at $78.75/hr and manager at $101.25/hr will be billed for all booked and overtime hours
-After midnight, manager personnel required
-All furniture and props included in the space rental complimentary out of courtesy, but everything must be put back where originally found - otherwise furniture rearrangement labor charges starting at $50 will apply
-Security/Damage deposit of $1000 or 50% of the booking for events, $500 or 50% of booking for productions, whichever is greater, via CC auth form.
Booking minimum of 1hr for productions and 3hrs for events. If personnel required (security/manager), minimum shifts of 4 hours. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Everyday 8am-10pm. Please inquire for booking during non-business hours: x2 rate & additional fees apply. Overtime for non-business hours (after 10pm) may be available, billed as specified on booking confirmation.
Please let us know what you are planning, total # of people, what you are bringing (equipment, props, dressing, etc), if alcohol, if minors. Pricing will be assessed per production/event.
Any dispatched personnel to enforce compliance is billed to the production (Security: $52.50/hr, Manager: $67.50/hr, with 2 hr minimum shift)
- smoking and illegal drug use. Violations fined starting at $1,000, and additional cleaning fee starting at $500
- glitter, confetti, anything that is difficult or time consuming to clean. Otherwise, additional cleaning fee starting at $300
- animals with the exception of service animals w/valid permits. Additional cleaning fee may apply starting $300
This DTLA white studio is best seen in person to give the space justice! Located on the second floor of a commercial building, the space features a high end trimmed space with 13 ft high ceilings, 10 ft floor to ceiling windows, polished concreted floors, air conditioned and west facing windows. Included in your booking are all the pictured major props plus a few tables.
We have had product launch events, networking, seminars, shoots, classes, etc!
