About the Space

Imposing Red Brick home on a hill with stamped concrete driveway with white balustrade entrance to a double door grand foyer. Large living room, proper dining room and superb kitchen area. Lush backyard landscape with a koi fish pond and waterfall, oval shaped pool with trampoline, pool house, green room and pebbly parterre. All filming shall be twelve hours and up to 10pm. After 10pm it's time and a half, after midnight it's double time. Until further notice, COVID compliance is mandatory as well as permits.

    As I’m sure you can tell from the photos, Themis’s home is an incredibly unique space with more looks than I could shoot in a day (or maybe a week). What the photos don’t show is how kind and helpful Themis and Bruce were before, during, and after our shoot. Before we even booked, Themis gave us an in-depth tour of every corner of the property. Bruce was home during the shoot and was super-accommodating as we moved our gear from room to room. Finally, the day after the shoot I realized I had left my lens cap (an expensive replacement for a vintage lens) in the TV room and Themis found it within minutes of my call; I picked it up 15 minutes later. A huge weight off my shoulders! Themis understands the necessities of production, and Brick Manor is a true gem. If you’re considering booking, go for it - you'll be glad you did. Also shout out to Richard and Fernando for all your help!

    The hosts were very helpful with all of our requests and were great about letting us come to scout the house several times. The hosts that were on site the day of the shoot were very friendly and cooperative, but also stayed out of our way for the most part. This house has a distinctive style with beautiful furniture and interior design, the garden is well kept, peaceful, but luxurious. Thank you Themis and family!

    Themis is the best host we've had so far. I used 9 different location for our project in these past 2 weeks. While he certainly had other good or even gret hosts, Themis was certainly the very best. Kind, generous and accommodating . If the house fits your productions and looks, I'd highly recommend working with Themis. Can't say enough good things about how easy going this shoot was.
