Our rooftop has been recently renovated and provides a clear and clean backdrop and surrounding ideal for any photoshoot or videoshoot. The floor, and the rooftop itself has been painted white to provide ideal lighting on any given day. There is a view of the DTLA skyline as well as various elements that have been preserved to provide an industrial look. The location is in the middle of DTLA's Fashion district just a few blocks away from the infamous Santee Alley, which gives you options to which you can explore the heart and soul of one of Los Angeles' most busiest areas. The given regular available times are (Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM) . ALL BOOKINGS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF THE AVAILABLE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO A SCALING RATE. ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON VARIABLES OF THE PRODUCTION. Please inquire with management. SUPPORT STUDIO AVAILABLE AS WELL green room, talent holding, Basecamp etc... WE HAVE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST EZUP (10X20), 4 6' fold out tables, 20 fold out chairs No rooftop electricity is provided. Please inquire about generator rental. Restrooms are available. Additional Rules: - Do NOT lean against the edge. - No dragging items or scraping the surface of the rooftop. - ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or alcohol on the rooftop. - Our business or the building managers are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to the Renter, his party or possessions while on the rooftop. - If any of the crew members or talent fails to follow these rules, the will be subject to a fine, to be determined, and will be removed by the staff immediately. - Rules will be enforced regardless of prior knowledge. - All necessary permits are the Renter's responsibility.

Very organized place. Easy access, easy parking in front of (meter), huge elevator, and the view of DTLA is amazing! You need to bring some long extension cords to have electricity. The contacts, William/Terry, are very friendly people and answer pretty fast. The price is attractive compared to other similar places. I strongly recommend this place.
