The bar/café has an occupancy of about 60 people and is situated in the front of our space. There is a retractable garage door and it enjoys a lot of light during the day. The bar is about 30' long and we have stools that seat about 15 people (spaced) and café tables and chairs that can be re-arranged to seat another 25 people. There is a TV with cable in this space and a sound system. This space is situated at the main entrance to The Local, a hostel and community space. The space is not private and hostel guests will be using the same entrance. The bar can be cordoned off if you wish your event to be private. The ground floor is 5,000 square feet of a tastefully converted warehouse. There are handicapped accessible public restrooms on the ground floor.
