Whether it’s a birthday bash, house party, dance extravaganza, wedding celebration, private dinner, sports gathering, barbecue, card games, night party, photo shoot, or pop-up event – we’ve got you covered with a versatile venue that suits any occasion. Our space boasts a myriad of amenities, including a user-friendly icemaker, a self-service bar, access to a mini fridge, and even electricity for a DJ. Need a DJ or photographer? We’ve got that covered too. Illuminate your event with our full light system, amplify the vibes with a high-quality sound system, and cater seamlessly with the provided steam table, microwave, and convection oven. There is a barista machine that can be used as well. (Additional services required, please reach out to owner.) Dance the night away on our hand-made crystal dance floor, complete with a mini disco ball! Choose from multiple entrances upon arrival, tailor the setting with booths and high tables, and make use of the designated smoking area in the garage, complete with heaters. The garage is flexible – integrate or separate the smoking area based on your preferences. Each room is uniquely themed and redesigned throughout the season to align with the events hosted, ensuring a fresh and captivating experience every time. The venue manager is conveniently located upstairs during your event, ready to assist with any needs that may arise. Unleash your culinary creativity in our stunning kitchen available for rent for your event as well! (Please note, kitchen is an additional charge.) Equipped with a four-burner Gas stove/oven featuring a central griddle, a spacious deep sink, ample counter space, a versatile microwave/convection oven, and a powerful commercial blender. Perfect for private chefs or event caterers. Please note, only chefs and serving staff are allowed upstairs in this residential area – all the delicious creations will be taken downstairs to the event space.
