We offer three types of rentals. One for parties/events. One for production. One for meetings (meetings must be arranged directly and cannot be booked without discussion) Event rentals are BACKYARD ONLY, they do not include use of the interior space of the house. For event rentals you do have access to a dedicated private bathroom with entry from the exterior of the home. Should you need more space for an event, you may add the partial interior rental in the add on section.
For Parties/Events:
Beautiful, one of a kind pool and yard space featuring a custom built rock waterslide. The pool is 32x19 and has a jacuzzi. The depth ranges from under 2ft to as deep as 9ft. There is a surround sound speaker system which plays pandora and Amazon music, and can tailored to artists of your liking. The backyard patio and grass areas can accommodate seating for up to 80 guests. We have additional tables and chairs available for rent at an additional charge on-site should you need them. There is a private bathroom and an outdoor shower for guest use. We do not permit ticketed or paid events. You can see a video tour of the space on Instagram @thewaterslidehousela
For Production:
A two story modern ranch style at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet 1950-60s neighborhood. The house features an open downstairs floor plan with a great room, a modern, white kitchen, and a dining room with shiplap walls and a hidden pantry. The dining and kitchen area look out onto the patio and backyard, half of which is covered by a pergola. The backyard features a large dark bottom swimming pool with a custom made rock Waterslide.
The downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one bedroom is decorated in a pink and grey teenage girl theme. The other is a darker, more artistic, grunge, skater style.. also a girls room. The guest room is a medium blue simple arrangement with a walk in closet and on super small bathroom with a shower.
The upstairs features a former loft that has been turned into a baby room. It is a large room. The master suite is roughly 800sqft. It has vaulted, open bean white ceiling and light blue walls. The master bath has a walk in shower and a stand alone tub. The master closet is a large, designer walk in, all white with glass doors.
It is a smart home with TVs, in set speakers, and smart lighting.
The property is wonderfully placed on the lot and features beautifully on the street at the end of the cul de sac.
