We are mainly interested in outdoor productions and photo shoots. However, limited use of interiors (living room, dining room) is available. This 2 story Spanish revival home built in 1928 is situated on a private cul de sac with other unique homes of the same era. It has a beautifully landscaped front yard. ) The back yard with terra cotta colored cement and red brick hardscape is also beautifully landscaped. It is surrounded by privacy hedges as well. The large living room has original features such as a wooden ceiling with large trusses, arched doorways and windows, fireplace and hardwood floors. The large lot is dual facing with street parking in front (private street) and back. There is a large parking lot nearby..
