Beatriz was super accommodating to my team and the house had everything our production needed. The large backyard, although not seen on camera, was a perfect setting for our lunch break. Neighborhood was quiet with wide streets for easy maneuverability. The design and layout of the home is delicately considered and allows for versatility and comfort for a long shoot day. Will gladly recommend this location!!
