Theater/Auditorium A fully equipped performance auditorium with a professional Marley stage floor, dramatic curtains, and a rear screen for background. Includes stage lighting and sound system, making it ideal for concerts, recitals, lectures. Our stage measures 33' by 23'6 with front and side curtains. The audience section allows for up to 60 seats on the floor, which can be removed for flexible multipurpose use of this space. Property size: 1500 sq ft Equipped with the following: 33'x 23'6" Stage Steinway & Sons Piano 12' x 20' Dressing Room/Make Up Room with access to stage Mackie Onyx 8 Sound Speakers ceiling mount 2 Sound Speakers on stands

Absolutely amazing, very nice & CLEAN! All facilities you'll need, they likely already have there. Host Peter was super communicative, facilitated a scout ahead of time and then ensured a site rep was there to help us out with any and all needs! Will definitely be booking again.

Such a fabulous theater. Clean, charismatic, safe location, plenty bathrooms and parking spots. Peter is super nice and helpful.

The space is great and Peter was also great to work with. He was very responsive and met us there to help us set up and make sure all the A/V equipment worked well for our needs. He also has a really great full recording studio as well which we didn't utilize but it's great to know that it's there for future needs!
