About the Space
Theater Stage and Auditorium Media Room The theater has a professional stage with lighting and sound system, a large LED screen and available Steinway concert grand piano. Our stage measures 33' by 23'6 with front and side curtains. The back of the stage has a state of the art LED screen for still and video playback 9'10" high by 21'4" wide. The audience section allows for up to 65 seats on the floor, which can be removed for flexible multipurpose use of this space. Renters have used it for dance performances, recitals, concerts plays, filming and sound recordings. Rental rates range depending on the type of event and its requirements. Renting agreements may include use of the LED on-stage screen, the fully equipped sound and lighting system, chairs, and dressing rooms backstage. Such a fabulous theater. Clean, charismatic, safe location, plenty bathrooms and parking spots. Peter is super nice and helpful.

The space is great and Peter was also great to work with. He was very responsive and met us there to help us set up and make sure all the A/V equipment worked well for our needs. He also has a really great full recording studio as well which we didn't utilize but it's great to know that it's there for future needs!
