This space is GORGEOUS. Bright, airy, and spacious; looks just like the photos. Everything was spotless and well-stocked. Great location as well. Wendy was such a gracious host. She was very accommodating and responsive, and made the check in process very easy.

Amazing, brand new beach house. Wonderful 20 ft vaulted ceilings with huge skylight. Incredible lighting with all white walls. Works well for cooking shows, product launches and videography. Downstairs unit can be rented for hair and make up or extra space. Downstairs patio great for filming also. Has indoor/outdoor bar and dining table and chairs. All art is cutting edge. The all white ambiance makes for great back drop while filming. This is right across the street from the beach. It comes with a 4 car tandem garage with street parking also.
