About the Space

This property is located on an urban but residential street of the ever so changing Kensington/Port Richmond neighborhood. This sweet house just received a generous rehab but kept key characteristics from the 1920s. Features include a victorian stairwell, beautiful decorative fireplace, built in benches, detailed wood floors, high ceilings, 3 bedrooms and a front porch. Street cleanings are on Tuesdays from 1-3 so I don't recommend trying to shoot during those times as street parking is not allowed. Rear yard is an add on due to having to work with the neighboring house to bring their dog inside. The home is currently unfurnished.
