Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, complete with a large heated pool and expansive yard, perfect for unwinding. For your security, outdoor cameras are in use. The outdoor area overlooks the pool deck, offering a private, fenced backyard where you can relax, swim, or entertain. EVENT FEE: Please inform us prior to booking if you plan to host a party or event. Events may be permitted for an additional fee based on the number of guests and vehicles. Additional Information: – We welcome large groups—just ask! – Children and infants are welcome. – A fee applies for additional guests over 8. – Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee. Please note, the cleaning crew will arrive between 11 AM and 4 PM, but you are welcome to leave your belongings and use the living room and outdoor spaces during this time. Damage and incidentals: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
