About the Space
Easy access, conveniently near 73, 55, pch, and 405. Easy to find in a super friendly neighborhood. Permit parking on street, so you will receive guaranteed ample parking, as residents and their guests have priority parking. Long purple, holographic glitter brick driveway can handle 7 cars /or big trailers, leading to 2 stall garage and workshop with checkered floor and washer and dryer with sink. Step inside onto new purple hardwood industrial floor in living room, library/study/office and disco hallway with a huge beautiful seashell mirror on iridescent glitter purple and iridescent glitter white walls throughout house. Kitchen and master bath floor are holographic with fiber optic lighting on remote control. Unique decor and new furnishings and fresh updates. Front yard has a huge pepper tree and gorgeous landscaping in front yard and entertainment hot spot in backyard with a jacuzzi and a purple komoda and a built in grill station.

The house itself was great. All of my daughters guests were ah stricken over it and complemented it as the perfect venue for the Mystery Murder Masquerade Sweet 16 I hosted. The owner Sarah was extremely helpful and had a very positive uplifting vibe that was a great addition to the venue!!! Thank you Sarah my daughter had an amazing and memorable Sweet 16 with her friends :)..
