About the Space
We have a Modern home in a great safe neighborhood (Mesa Del Mar, Costa Mesa) with a pool and awesome front and back yard spaces. The house backs up to a park, no neighbors behind us. The front yard is a zen sanctuary garden with a fire pit and seating. The back yard has a pool (fenced) along with built in seating, chairs, Big Green Egg and pizza oven built in, as well as a deck with pergola. The main room in the house is filled with natural lighting and has 2 large couches, fireplace, TV, dining table, and our kitchen with modern details and custom cabinetry. *** We charge $130 per hour, (5 hour minimum), 1-10 people. 11-25 people is an additional $50 per hour. Available any day. 8 hour discount of 15% off.
