Furniture and wall hangings can be moved to create your perfect scene as long as they are put back. Clawfoot tub in master bath can be filled with water for bathtub and water beauty shoots for an additional cleaning fee. Take a look at the gallery at just a few of the shoots done here. We are located just a few min from the beach and next to a nature preserve. A/C and heater yes, - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo receiver - Assigned Parking for 8 cars and free street parking - Make-up station, Under the counter fridge, Krupps coffee maker, sink, make-up station, 1 clothing rack,1 full length mirror, 1 shooting cart for computer,1 Restroom, 10 chairs. No lighting is included and for rental we have Canon cameras, lighting choices are strobe, hot lights or fluorescent, and grip. Studio works well for: Photo Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Music Video Shoots, Interviews, Talking Heads, Dance Shoots, Cars & Trucks, SOUND, The space is NOT 100% soundproof, meaning that some sound from outside make it through, but those sounds tend to be for a few seconds. We are located next to the Orange county Airport. **Note the cove floor is delivered walked on white, if your shoot needs the floor to be pure white, the fee to paint the floor is $100.00 and you return it walked on white.
