Seaplanes, jet skis, speed boats, yachts and party boats can all be seen from the indoor and outdoor spaces of this apartment. Owned by a Creative Project Manager who loves to make cool things this space can be have furniture and plants left in place or taken out. Let's work together to maximize this incredible view! Note: there is construction next door Monday-Saturday. Outdoor audio recording not recommended for those days.

    Melissa was an excellent host, and was very helpful to my team and I for our photo shoot. Her space is clean, well decorated, and has lots of flexible options. Melissa was very responsive to any needs that came up, and we could not have asked for a better experience with this space. I highly recommend this listing!
