Discover Miami's industrial gem: a private, standalone warehouse designed for non-stop creativity, just off the highway. Available 24/7, our space caters to a wide range of activities, from film and photo shoots to much more.
Our space includes several different areas. First, the "Big Shop" features 1500 sqft of open space with high ceilings, supported by two large bay doors for seamless access—even for production RVs and oversized vehicles—making it an ideal space for extensive setups or high-concept scenes.
In the future we will offer the area adjacent to the main warehouse, find a smaller, cozy lounge area, the 1000 sqft "Small Shop." This versatile space can serve as a relaxed hangout for breaks, an additional set for shooting, or a creative brainstorming den.
