Gorgeous New modern beach front property on Carbon beach. Located by by “deal makers” rock. Never crowded, and feels like a private beach. Almost always a dry beach. Beautiful Deck overlooking the ocean. Access to beach from the patio deck. Great space for beach shots, and front courtyard area has a pretty waterfall feature. Beautiful natural lighting. Outdoor shower area.
