About the Space

Welcome to the Mansion! We have updated the home to have state of the art features and a modern feel. With floor-to-ceiling windows that invite natural light and easy load-in access, this is a dream location for productions of all sizes. The home has an open floor plan and over 2500 sq. ft. of outdoor space. The possibilities for different looks in the home are endless. The exterior of the home boasts a Palm Springs style, complete with a custom door, foyer, and elegant landscaping. The updated kitchen can accommodate any cooking video. There is ample staging and holding space both outside and in the open living room. The Pool and Cabana are ideal for events, music videos, editorial shoots, and product launches. This location also features a floating staircase with views from both levels. We ask that the headcount inside is no greater than 15 persons at any given time. The minimum rental rate for music videos is $3k. We do not permit loud noise after 9pm at this location. Relevant Info: Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$100/hour on top of the base fee. This surcharge is due to the heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. The video surcharge will be applied via custom offer and is not visible in the widget. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your total headcount in the Giggster widget to calculate your base rate. Additional cost: - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee. We do not accommodate bookings below the minimum hours. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power.
