Rates are based on crew size, see below for detailed pricing. - 5 BEDROOMS -1 OFFICE - 6 BATHROOMS - CHEFS OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN - PIANO - LIVING ROOM PATIO AND FIREPIT - FULL ROOFDECK KITCHEN, TWO FIREPITS, LOUNGE SEATING AND JACUZZI - KIDS BEDROOMS - SAUNA AND STEAM ROOM Rates are based on crew size: 1-5 = $250 6-9 = $325 10-14 = $400 15-19 = $475 20-25 = $550 26-28 = $625 29-30 = $700 31-34 = $775 35-40 = $850 Located on the West side of LA right off the 90 and 405. Super close to the airport. The home is not in the flight path, so there aren't audio issues. The home completely updated and impeccably furnished. Expansive and bright living room with a custom fireplace and patio on the Venice Canal. Open chef’s kitchen all within an open floor plan. Large master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding glass doors opening to the Venice Canal. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, double sinks and glass walk in shower. Large square-foot lot is landscaped garden for shoot/filming and crafty. The home is production friendly with many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible.
