General Liability insurance and/or COI is required by the renter. The host’s name must be listed on the insurance.
Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited. Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If the tape is used, it must be painter’s tape.
Smoke machines, confetti, and glitter are prohibited and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents
No illicit drug use is permitted, and the host reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs.
Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of Renter and its vendors to set up, break down, and move equipment and other items within the Loft.
The renter may not sublease the Loft to any third party. Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Loft and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law.
Renters and guests should wear the provided protective shoe coverings to help protect the floor from damage.
Trash should be in trashcans, equipment returned to its proper place, and any larger trash disposed of in the outside trash cans.
Furniture and all decorative home furnishings must be moved to its original place prior to the booking.
