1,800 sq ft high-ceiling studio with large cornered Cyc wall. Great for small to large sized photoshoots, video shoots, classes, meetings and more. Our space is great for people or object heavy shots - There's lots of room to spread things out. Included in this rental: - Cornered Cyclorama wall (18’ x 24’ x 8’h) ** - Black-out capable - 6 Sand bags - 2 Full applebox sets - 2 4x8 V flats w/ white and black sides - Curtain-seperated changing area - Large conference table - Makeup station with 2 chairs - Heavy duty industrial cart - 2 Large White rolling production table for transporting / table top shooting - Full private bathroom - Ground-floor Garage door access for large items - In-studio sink for quick cleanup - Set-building services and woodshop on-site (If you require this, please project details when booking) - 1 Refrigerators - Heat & A/C ADDITIONAL NOTES & INFORMATION - MUST READ: 1. Overtime to be billed at $240/hr, starting on the first 10 minutes over-time 2. Set up and wrap up times counts as part of rental time - Be sure to include that in your rental period. 3. **White Cyclorama floors and walls can be requested to be freshly painted for a fee of $75. The cyc wall and floor are swept but may have marks from normal use. 4. No backdrops are included in this rental 5. No equipment included in this rental. David's space was fantastic for a mid-sized photo and video shoot. We had 6 models and 3 camera operators, and getting in and out of the space (ground level) was very easy. The lighting was good, place was clean, spacious and well-equipped. David was extremely helpful in last minute requests and updates that we had, which is great when on a production set. Highly recommended and we plan to utilize the space again!
