FREE PARKING We have a 4 hour min. Rentals less than 4 hours can be negotiated at a higher rate. Thank you for visiting us. We are a working commercial photo studio suited for high volume fashion and still life production. We offer our space to rent our team has many years of experience to help you elevate your photo video projects. The Studio Clean White Studio 900sft total space with 16 Cyclorama. Perfect for photoshoots, small gatherings. The Topps Building is a mixed use building with artist studios and mixed commercial tenants. Studio rental includes basic grip gear such as C-Stands, Boom arms, A-clamps, posing cubes and stools. Does not include Lighting gear or modifiers. See Add-Ons to rent additional gear. Creative Team We now offer a Professional Photographer and Stylist as a add on item. In the event you need someone to shoot and style you project we have staff ready to work with you. Our staff will provide all equipment needed free of charge. In the event you need to rent items such as Camera, Lighting, steamer, Capture station we may have it for rent.
