Full kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, butcher block island on wheels. Direct access to a private courtyard large enough for 15-20 people to dine al fresco. Perfect location for celebrations, workshops & meetings, intimate performances, film and photo shoots. We have experience with film shoots. High speed internet, Verizon Fios, Gigabit Connection, 940/880 Mbps. The space is quiet, no one above or below, good soundproofing in the walls. Very quiet 9-5 commercial neighbors on one side. The heat and AC (mini split) are clean, quiet and efficient. This is an independent unit with its own dedicated ventilation system for fresh air circulation. For an additional fee, 4500 sf extra space is available within the building for large vehicle parking, make-up, office crew, social distancing.
