About the Space
Nestled at the base of Camelback Mountain in Phoenix, Arizona this elegant 1930's Spanish Colonial has an old Hollywood vibe. It once operated as an intimate bed and breakfast tucked away on one acre of citrus and palm trees in the tranquil Arcadia residental area. It boasts beautiful views of Camelback Mountain. The interior of the house reflects the Monterey Revival and Spanish eclectic styles in its scored and tinted concrete floors, rustic texture stucco walls, stained wood panel and french doors, and ornamental wrought iron balustrades, light fixtures and hardware. The home contains five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The floors on the first level are concrete and the hardware on the interior panel doors throughout the house is original. WE ARE FULLY BOOKED FOR 2024 & 2025 WEDDINGS. WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY WEDDING BOOKINGS UNTIL 2026.

This space was an absolute dream. We hosted our Italian-themed couples baby shower there and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Jennifer is an amazing host and helped put the final touches on the event, she was so much fun to work with. Highly recommend this space!!

Went better than I could’ve ever imagined! Jennifer went above and beyond and made sure everything was perfect for our event. Could not recommend more, everyone did not stop talking about how pretty the venue is even after the event was over.

Jennifer was incredibly helpful. She went above & beyond her duties to make sure everything went smoothly. She was communicative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend working with her. She is such a delight! We had a great team-building exercise at her property. Jennifer even donated some items for our crab boil! It looked amazing! We were having so much fun we asked to stay for an extra hour & Jennifer was more than willing to provide us more time. I hope to be able to work with her again. 5 stars isn't enough! She truly is a gem. Thanks so much Jennifer!
