Our 900 Sq feet Event Space for parties, photoshoots, music videos, wedding events, and more. We are capped at 170 guests, The Event space can hold up to 170 guests max. If the limit exceeds 170 guests, we reserve the right to charge $250 extra to allow more guests. A safe, soundproofed space where no sound gets in, or out, so your party, or event will not be disturbed whatsoever. Smoke-free environment, that's clean, safe, and fun for everyone. We have add-ons of chairs and a two 2000-watt speaker system with a mixer loud enough to accommodate any part thrown in our open space. One bathroom area, with all the lights having motion sensors. If you are partying, please pick up and take trash to the outside parking area side of the building after event. If guest are caught littering or causing commotion on the outside perimeter host will be penalized with a fee or may even be banned. Please respect surrounding areas. No alcohol out on the outside perimeter, No more than 100 guest at a time. No disorderly conduct. You can cancel your event before 14 days before the event for a full refund of deposit. If Cancel within 14 days, deposit will not be returned.
