About the Space

Welcome to my home, a furnished one level loft with endless character. This huge space will be easy for your crew to navigate, complete with the perfect load-in room. This corner unit is currently set up as a 2 bed 2 bath with the main room holding the kitchen, dining room and living room with loads of windows and juliette doors. The space gets amazing SW sun exposure but there are shades if needed and a large room with no windows at all. The apartment boasts 1900 square feet with 11 foot ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The price includes 1car/van open air parking. The building also has an elevator. Additional free street parking is normally available but if not there is a lot nearby. The unit is furnished but I am happy to move items around if need be.
