1/2 Studio 1/2 Office flex space with a 30x30ft studio section with 12ft white and green seamless paper and many other 9ft colors. 1 bathroom, 1 changing room, open floor plan. Not treated for sound. We film interviews/commercials all the time in our space but sound is not guaranteed to be perfect. Neighboring businesses are 90% quiet. Road noise can be an issue sometimes but not a deal breaker.
