The condo is approximately 1600 sq ft there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms PLEASE NOTE - the bedrooms are NOT included in the rental. Rental includes: living room, dining room, kitchen (for setup/assembly of food only - not full on cooking*, guest bathroom, and balcony. This home is perfect for content creation, photoshoots, video shoots small/medium sized gatherings, private dinners, marriage proposals, baby showers, birthday or promotion celebrations etc. Decorations of almost all kinds are welcomed Parking is limited due to the downtown location so Uber and car pool is strongly recommended however there is a parking lot across the street from the building and several paid parking decks in very close proximity (about a minute walk). Max number of guest is 8 (can make an exception for a few more depending on the circumstance and this is strictly enforced)
