About the Space
This spacious but cozy farmhouse was originally built in 1949. A few years ago, the owner did a major renovation, using a combination of reclaimed materials and all new, high-quality appliances. The house is filled with natural light making it a highly desirable location for film and photo shoots. The real hardwood floors throughout the home are finished with natural beeswax and linseed oil. The wraparound front porch, wooden ceiling beams, exposed brick chimney, and hand-painted clay tiles lend a rustic charm, while the glass and steel refrigerator, induction cooktop, and white quartz countertops give the house an upscale, contemporary vibe. There are four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. NOTE: Insurance is a requirement for filming and photo shoot booking. The house was perfect— bright and spacious with two separate areas to hang out plus a well-designed kitchen with high-quality appliances. Multiple, modern and stylish bathrooms. Tons of sunlight and charming tile. Nice beds and linens. Basketball hoop, outdoor deck. Picturesque neighbourhood. We didn’t want to leave!

This was one of my favorite places that we’ve ever booked! When we walked into Anne’s beautifully restored farmhouse, I honestly felt like we were in a magazine. It’s full of sunlight and gorgeously decorated with a thoughtful mix of old and new (either she IS a decorator or has hired one - but either way... house goals!). The furniture was comfy and chic. It was such a peaceful spot with a cute little restaurant right down the street.

The most charming house— gorgeous and immediately makes you feel at home when you walk inside. All the natural lighting and rustic charm in the house adds to that warm feeling. Absolutely wonderful! This was my first booking. Looked exactly like the photos, was in beautiful condition and so easy to check-in! There’s a wraparound porch in the front and a basketball goal in the back. Anne was easy to reach, responded quickly, gave clear instructions and above all, was so sweet & friendly! We will absolutely be back!
