Shooting in this house is a pleasure. The space is very big and new, has great lighting, two living rooms and a number of rooms to choose from. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is very easy. Highly recommend!

No commercial activities including filming, vents, parties, and other nonresidential purposes are permitted at this time. No activities which require a permit. Stunning 5BD+4.5 BA. Home on a quiet culdesac. Excellent location. Walking distance to schools & parks. Remodeled and gorgeous! State of the art chef kitchen that features beautiful Quartz and Quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry and new stainless steel appliances. Custom design, state of the art kitchen with LED under cabinet and kick lighting. Large master bedroom with built-in entertainment center and LED fireplace. Oversized master bathroom that has dual sinks, large free standing soak tub w/enormous shower for two. Walls clad in bookmatch marble slab and mirror. Spacious his and hers walk in costs fully costumized. Spacious deck off of master bedroom. Very private entertainers backyard with outdoor kitchen & water fall black bottom pool. The house layout and decor was amazing and Brenna was an amazing person. This was my second time dealing with someone on Giggster and she set the bar high for what I want in a location and the type of person you hope to deal with. We for sure will be back at her location.
