About the Space

Spacious, bright, minimal. Matted grey flooring for martial arts use. Mostly white walls. Open layout with main space being just over 1000 sqft flowing into a smaller more private space of just over 300 sqft. Front lobby area with wood flooring and floor to ceiling windows. Entire space is a modern energetic fitness feel with a touch of asian inspired structure. Primary colors of the entire facility are grey flooring, white walls, butterscotch wood flooring, black doors and trim. Small back hallway / restroom area can be used for equipment storage and set up or wardrobe changes, make-up, etc. 11 foot tall ceilings with LED 4500k bulbs throughout the ceiling. Plenty of natural daylight floods the space. Air conditioned and heated.
