32 acre ranch in Ventura County. Property is a Valley with a large flat area in the bottom of the valley. Old avocado trees and pepper trees line the sides of the valley. Trails and a track have been made for off road vehicle filming. There is dry sandy creek, at the bottom of the valley. The ranch is located 1 hour from downtown Los Angeles. Tractors available to move dirt with additional operator charge. Water truck and water meter permit maybe needed for dust control. NOTE: There are no bathrooms or electricity at location. Location Manager is mandatory and fee may vary. Location Agreement and Certificate of Insurance is required.
