Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Pool table and outdoor patio are sure to entertain a crowd! The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Pool Table Outdoor area TV Decorative accent lighting We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Our space is Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. We do not allow any live music! Only a small speaker! Some parking is available on the street. We recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change.
