A warm and spacious split level loft in the heart of the plateau Mont-Royal right off Mont-Royal Boulevard. Well curated atmosphere with mid-century modern furniture. Top level has two large windows, kitchen and bedroom. Bottom level large living room, white concrete floor, wall to wall mirrors. There is also a mezzanine that has been turned into a bedroom. Can be rented for photoshoots, filming, focus groups, anything work related and semi private (5 people) yoga or pilates class. Not meant for: - any kind of showers - Bachelorettes or bachelor parties - birthday parties or any kind of festive receptions HOURS CAN BE MODIFIED
