This place was amazing! Clean, Tidy, Spacious, Centrally Located and WORTH THE PRICE!!! Jessica was very easy to deal with. I never met her in person, but she always answered her phone and replied to emails promptly. I have absolutely no complaints about Jessica. Only praise! This is our 4th Halloween Party and 5th Company party overall, and The Delisle Space was the easiest to work with out of three different event spaces in Toronto that we've used over the years. There is a small kitchen, a coat-check room, and three very nicely sized rooms that can accommodate a variety of things. There are also three exits so it's very safe in case of fire. We had artists painting and drawing caricatures of guests in one room; the bar, candy corn and cotton candy machine in the second; and a DJ in the third and largest room. He was able to play from the balcony above and avoid rowdy guests. There is ample space up there for a DJ to feel comfortable. We put the bar in front of the kitchen and the Bartenders used it as a staging-room all night. There are also SIX, CLASSY INDIVIDUAL WASHROOMS, side-by-side. This is very ideal!!! They had a security guard at our party whom was very nice and did not get in anyone's way. She was happy and never complained and never gave us a problem. She was astute, but we were very respectful of the space. Overall, this place is a 10/10. We even had the space from 12noon to 2am Saturday, which is unheard of!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!! It's also in a very safe, midtown neighbourhood with the St. Clair Subway and Street car within steps of the front door.
