A: Yes, there is an SOP if you are serving alcohol. We also hold a refundable damage deposit.

A: No, the bar is run by the facility.

A: Yes, you may smoke cigarettes and weed outside on the patio, as long as you don’t leave butts or cause any damage to the fixtures or furnishing. Smoking cigarettes inside is not permitted. Smoking weed inside is permitted.

A: 200 persons.
Q: Can we play loud music?
A: you may play music, however noise levels must follow bylaws, and must be turned down by 10 PM. Cleanup from 10-11pm.

A: Yes, the back patio has fixed bench seating with chairs and tables.

A: Yes, you can access the back for the purpose, there is a gate that is aprox 30-36” clear
*Noise levels are the responsibility of the renter. The renter must abide by current bylaws. Any City noise bylaw tickets infractions received during an event are the renter’s responsibility, and will be passed on to the renter.**
