3 1/2 Studios is a versatile studio and event space where your vision can come to life! From photo and video shoots to private parties, this space can host whatever you are looking for. The front of the venue is a trendy coffee shop, open daily, that moves into a 650sqft open concept studio space. Roll up garage doors add an indoor/outdoor element. Moving through to the back of the space you enter the private event space/ lounge. Perfect for private parties, events, and more. Prices are by the room and by the hour, however special rates can be applied for single or multiple day bookings of one or both rooms.
